The Raheem Sterling Foundation and the University Campus of Football Business (UCFB) have launched a new partnership aimed at empowering young people to build meaningful careers within the sports and media industries. The initiative includes two fully funded scholarships across UCFB’s Wembley and Manchester campuses, and is designed to drive diversity, accessibility, and opportunity within the sports and media industries.
As part of the partnership, UCFB and The Raheem Sterling Foundation will launch two Raheem Sterling Foundation Scholarships for undergraduate students. The scholarship is open to students from Black, African and Caribbean heritage from socio-economically under-represented backgrounds in Greater London and Greater Manchester, and aims to help close the attainment gap for Black British Students, support equal access to higher education and increase diversity across the sports industry. The scholarships are set to be awarded for the 2025 academic year, with applications now open via the UCFB website. Applications close on July 1st, 2025.
