Sharing the same vision and values as HOYZ, the Raheem Sterling Foundation is committed to improving social mobility for young people and give the support and encouragement needed to break down barriers, secure opportunities, access better education and become better prepared for future career prospects.
The RSF is a patron of HideOut and supports its education, employment and social mobility projects & initiatives. We have worked closely with the HideOut team this year to bring the Raheem Sterling Broadcast Academy with talkSPORT, where young people took part in monthly workshops with producers, presenters and online journalists from the national radio station and News UK to learn all things broadcasting, from podcast making, interview techniques, to writing online sports features. The Young people had the chance to interview Raheem and travel to London for the broadcast academy finale.
