Our CEO Chris Bird was delighted to take part in Microsoft’s London Social Mobility Charity Festival last week.
At the heart of the Foundation’s mission is a commitment to increasing social mobility – providing initiatives to remove barriers and create pathways so that young people can achieve their full potential, both now and in the future.
It was an honour to join the panel discussion hosted by Microsoft, where we explored the systemic challenges facing young people in the UK, from limited access to opportunities to deep-rooted inequalities, and how we can work together to overcome them.
We also valued the opportunity to connect with fellow charity leaders and exchange ideas on how we can collaborate to increase impact across our initiatives.
